Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, printed on the front of the voucher.

2. The minimum Gift Voucher value is £10.

3. Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

4. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

5. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.

6. We reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions.

Delivery

We will endeavour to post out Gift Vouchers within 48 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your requirement is more urgent, please contact us to see whether we can send and E-voucher.
